Your forecast.
With atmosphere.
Rain that ripples. Clouds that drift. A night sky worth staying up for. Skylux is a weather app for Android and iPhone you can see, feel, and explore — with an hourly forecast, home-screen weather widgets and severe-weather alerts.

The weather first. The atmosphere second.
A real frame of the app: temperature, feels-like, the Forecast / 7-Day toggle, and every hour with precipitation and temperature. The live sky stays underneath the forecast—expressive, but never in the way. Severe-weather alerts take the top of the screen when they matter.
real app frame · hourly precipitation and temperature · severe-weather alerts · the sky layer runs underneath it allEvery condition has its own atmosphere.
The app builds its sky from the hour and the weather. The band below shows its clear-sky colour across 24 hours. Choose a condition above and this entire page shifts with it—lighter in clear weather, deeper in a storm, darkest at night.
A sky that tracks the clock
The background is chosen from the real hour of the day — dawn, day, dusk and night each get their own.
Wind you can actually see
Cloud drift speed scales with the real wind reading, so a calm day and a windy one genuinely look different.
Warnings that refuse to become background noise.
When the weather turns serious, the sky stops being the story. A severe weather alert takes the full width of the screen and remains until the issuing service clears it—across every surface the app owns.
A persistent warning, wherever you check the forecast.
It will not let you swipe it away
An Extreme or Severe warning holds a full-width band with no snooze, no mute and no setting to switch it off. Lesser advisories get a small badge in the header instead, and on the ordinary day with nothing active the band takes up no space at all.
Whichever service actually covers you
Warnings come from the US National Weather Service or from Environment and Climate Change Canada, routed by where you are — the US territories included. If your location can't be resolved, the app asks both rather than guessing and leaving you with nothing.
It reaches you with the app closed
The same warning lands on both home-screen widgets and as a phone notification. It doesn't wait for you to open something.
Try it free for 7 days. Unlock once. Keep it.
No subscription, no recurring charge. Unlock it a single time and keep it. The free week starts the first time you open the app.
Everything above just ran the app's own rendering code in your browser — nothing on this page is a promise of what the app will look like. It's the app.
